Sorry for being a day late on getting this up here. I lost 3.1 pounds last week leaving me with 1.5 more to lose in the next 2 weeks to get to my 75 pounds in 6 months goal. I think that is doable.
One of the questions I get asked the most is if I notice a difference. Oddly enough when I look at myself in the mirror the answer is no. I mean I do notice subtle changes like my clothes fitting loser. But I do not see the change. It would appear that everyone else does though because a lot of people have told me I am doing great.
Another question I get asked is do I find it difficult to stick to the diet. Sticking to the food part of the diet has been easy for me…sticking to the exercise part of the diet has been harder. At first I was all in to it but now I find it difficult to find the motivation to do the exercises. I need to work on that.
